Unassuming exterior design required to blend with existing vernacular.
Link with existing house provides enlarged kitchen/family area.
Pool is deck level water with a spa. Note the mezanine level which provides a bar and leisure area.
Pool, spa and deck level channel all finished with high quality limestone.
Note the 'slot' at the end of the pool. The motorised pool cover deploys from this location. The cover is an essential feature of high end indoor pools as it helps to maintain water temperature and reduce evaporation
Exterior envelope disguises this expansive interior which includes treatment room, sauna, steam room
and changing rooms. A 'commercial' approach to the design of the building envelope was the key.

I was commissioned by a specialist pool company to develop their scheme design into a workable solution and follow up with detailed coordinated working drawings. Their client was a skilful self builder who produced a very high standard end product.
