Services Coordination

I am often commissioned to coordinate primary services for high end indoor swimming pools and to detail discrete parts of the pool related finishes and the pool shell structure. This work is undertaken for specialist swimming pool design and construction companies.

Indoor pools are complex and services coordination is an intricate process. Although I am not a services designer my approach to designing and detailing buildings gives me the  aptitude for a practical approach to services coordination. Focusing on access and sequence of work I am able to make plant rooms work by creating a 1:1 3D model which permits layout options to be prepared and analysed in detail before being finalised in the form of coordinated plans, sections, elevations and 3D views. This allows site installation to progress with confidence even when space is restricted.
